The Blown Away Broccoli Report Part 2

Why is it important to know where your food comes from?

It's very important to know where your food comes from and what's made in the food because you should want to know how fresh your food is and what's it made with. Do you want your "fresh" meat to have a ton of pesticides and chemicals in the meat just because of what it eats? Do you want the meat to be so fatty that when you open the bag that there's still fat stuck on the meat? When you know where your food comes from, you can prevent this from happening. Personally, I like organic food because it means here's no pesticides or chemicals and it's all natural. Also, when you know where your food has came from, you know what's in the food and if it's good for your health, if they don't tell you where the food is from, you could be allergic to something in the food that you're buying.

About Me (Annie)

My name is Annie and I have a lot of experience with growing and planting food and plants. I have 9 fruit trees, 4 fruit bushes, 21 rose bushes, 4 crape myrtle trees, and 37 other plants in my front and back yard. I have been growing plants for 8-9 years and I recently started to care for it. Most of my fruits and vegetables are from my garden. I enjoy planting and growing plants for food and decoration because I can look at the plant with a smile and say "I made that plant from a seed to this beautiful plant." I also find it relaxing because you get to let go of stressing thought and think of the plant.
